I have over 15 years’ experience, working with individuals, and teams, coaching in a variety of  settings, coaching in areas including self -development, life skills, teambuilding, and business service improvements. 

I am an empathic, caring person, and get no greater joy than when helping people, seeing their life path change through personal discovery and goal setting. I want to help people lead happy and fulfilling lives.

Customised to get clarity on your goals and support you to achieve them.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

I recommend 3 to 6 sessions to kick-start your changes, but this will be agreed during your first session. Each session is 60 minutes.

How Much Will It Cost?

Individual sessions are priced at £55.00 per hour.
Sessions are payable either by PayPal or bank transfer, (The first session is payable in advance. I charge the full fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
